As Director of Global Sales for Strategic Customers you’ll structure operations for the Key Accounts Division and create a vision for the delivery of sales services that move technology into large and innovative businesses.
Key Duties
Sales Support:
• Ensure technical support for the Key Accounts Management team in development of specific commercial proposals for large accounts, as well as an appropriate support in presales activities.
• Owner of Knowledge database and Sales Material delivery
Business Administration:
• Structure and monitor business management processes and activity dash boards.
specifically for large accounts (management offerings, orders, contracts, receipts, etc..), in order to unify procedures between different countries.
• Support VP Strategic Customers in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan.
Project Management and Customer Support:
• Define operational management of projects: project
standards and project to measurement/metrics using internal and/or external resources.
• Implementation, monitoring and enforcement (through audits) using internal resources (after-sales, IT, Product
Management, etc.).
Are you right for the job? Let us know if you’re a flexible, client oriented sales executive with:
· an educational background or experience in IT or Telecommunications Engineering
· 10 of more years experience in sales service delivery
· 5 or more years experience in key account sales projects
· Proficiency in English
· Microsoft Office competence
· Skills including team and organizational management, verbal and written communications
Experience with software companies and or consultancies (e.g. CRM, SAP, BPO, ITO, Contact Centres, etc.) is a plus
