IT Support Specialist (Barcelona)

Our client, multinational company in Barcelona, is looking for an

IT Support Specialist

Joint support of approx 80 PC Users in Barcelona and jointly provide onsite absence (holiday/illness..) cover for the other ESO team members where neccesary.

Duties:

- Support PC/Software/Printers
- Local Telephony support
- Installations
- Administrative Tasks (Accounts, Licences,
- Hardware, IT Facilities..)
- Application support for standard office and exisitng applications.
- Involved in some IT projects.
- Test of Hard and Software for rollouts and relase changes.

Qualifications:

-  IT related degree or equivalent dedicated IT education
- 2-3 yrs experience in the support arena.

- Good General IT client foundation
- Good understanding of networking foundation
- PC Hardware technology
- PC-Standard Software (Office, Notes…)
- Experience in supporting mobile devices is a strong plus
