JAVA DEVELOPERS (BARCELONA)

Our  Client  is  seeking  an  experienced  and  highly  motivated  Java  engineer  to  join  their  team  in  Barcelona  (Spain)  to  develop  enterprise  products  with  very  demanding  performance,  scalability  and  security  requirements.  

Responsibilities:

•  Review  and  participate  in  functional  requirements.   

•  Define  the  technical  design.   

•  Define  the  integration  between  future  projects  and  current  systems.   

•  Write  Java  code,  unit  tests  and  documentation.   

•  Troubleshoot  and  fix  bugs/issues.   

•  Mentor  junior  programmers.    

Essential Requirements:

•  BS  in  Computer  Science  or  related  field.   

•  At  least  3  years  of  J2EE  experience.   

•  Experience  in  scalable  and  robust  J2EE  applications.   

•  Excellent  object‐oriented  design  skills.   

•  Solid  SQL  knowledge.  

•  Good  read  and  written  technical  English.     

Desirable Qualities:   

•  Knowledge  of  PKI  and  cryptography  standards.   

•  Experience  with  Oracle,  EJB  and  JMS.   

•  Experience  or  knowledge  of  the  Spring  framework.   

•  Experience  with  BEA  WebLogic.   

•  Good  spoken  English.   

Salary: 30,000Euros to 35,000Euros per annum
