260 € - Nice Room For December Habitacion con una buena vista- (Poble Sec-Montjuic)

Hola Todos,

 Tenemos un habitacion para aquiler por el mes de decembre hasta la primera semana de enero. El habitacion es 280 euros cada mes con gastos incluidos.

El piso esta ubicado en la zona Montejuic - Poble Sec. Cerca del metro Poble sec or Plaza España. Ahora somos dos chicas en el piso. Anna de California 29 años y Satu de Finlandia 23. El otro campañero se fue a Africa.Trabajamos durante el día. El edificio es muy tranquillo ( los vaciños les gusta así)  pero nos gusta tener cenas de vez en cuando, beber unas cervezas juntos y salir de fiesta, pero generalmente es tranquillo por el piso. De vez en cuando fumamos en casa pero no tanto. Buscamos aguin responsable y limpio por favor. Mejor si sea entre 24 y 35 años de edad.

Hello Everyone,

  I have a room to rent for December until the end of the first week of January.  The rent is 280 euros a month with utilities included.

The flat is located in the Montjuic area - Poble Sec. Close to the metro Poble Sec or Plaza España. At the moment we are two girls in the flat. Anna from California 29 years old and Satu from Finland 23 years old. We both work during the day. The building is very quiet (thats the way the neighbors like it) but we like to have dinner parties form time to time, drink beers together and go out at night, but generally the flat is calm and quiet. We smoke from time to time in the flat but not a lot. It would be nice if  you are in between the ages of 24-35. We are looking for someone who is responsible and clean please.
