Sculptor/blacksmith looking for permanent workshop

Hola , my name is Derek , I am a sculptor working at the moment in Cape Town , my partener and i are looking to move to spain , somewhere close to Barcelona ( Pref in the countryside ) , we are looking for small workshop (80m2 ) where i can set up my buisness - I make furniture from wrought iron and sculptures , i have clients all over Europe so making the move to Spain makes sense . I use an anvil and forge for most of my work . We also need a place to stay , a small place attached to the workshop would be great , we are both of sober habits , my partener teaches yoga and is an alternative health practitioner and i am a lover of art .
