The apartment is available for rentals stays with a minimum of a month but in principle only from November 19, 2009 until March 31, 2010.

* Monthly rental price 875 Euros, all costs included, long term rental after March would however be subject to a considerably higher rental price
* 1 month security deposit
* Since you would be renting directly from the owner we do not charge commission fees nor contract costs.
