About our client

Our client is a outsource centre which provides customer service, back office, technical support and sales solutions to multinational companies.

The company offers an international environment with possibilities of growth.

Job role

As a customer service representative you will be in charge of:

- Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone.

- Responding to incoming calls and email

- Managing effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment.

- Providing technical information regarding the products.

The profile we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

- Native Dutch speaker+ good level of French

- High level of English

- IT knowledge

- Good listening and communication skills

- Previous experience in customer care is an advantage.

What’s on offer

- 15.234 € gross per year

- Bonus of 140€ monthly bonus depending on results achievement after probation period

- Immediate incorporation
