Customer Service Agents: UK, French and Spanish. (Barcelona)

In line with SELLBYTEL Group’s Customer Service project, we are currently recruiting Customer Service Agents to be part of this exciting new team, working for the leaders in the technological sector.

Our service will be responsible for providing solution to queries, questions, explaining features and advantages of a variety of our client’s exclusive leading products, answering to incoming service calls by:

- Provide with accurate information to our customer. 
- Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests.
- Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
- Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logictics, warranties, refunds…)
- Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, polices and procedures.

Requirements:
- Native speaker of target country's language (UK, French or Spanish)
- Very high English level
- Any European language on a Fluent Level is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
- Good team player with drive for success
- Previous experience in technological sector is a plus
