About our client
Our client is a multinational company focusing on high-growth markets in communications, electronics and life sciences. Recognized as an industry leader, it is first worldwide in the test and measurement market.
The company operates in two primary businesses: electronic and bio-analytical measurement.
The worldwide customer master database was installed in Barcelona in 2001 and counts 480 employees. It is responsible for generating quotes for customer inquiries, order processing and order management.

Job Role
-Focal Point for Support and sales force for all support maintenance contracts quotations, renewals and account receivable collection processes, issues and problem resolutions.
-Analyze and respond to customer's request for quotation in a timely and accurate fashion, and ensure compliance to the company terms and conditions, export licensing conditions and customer specific procurement guidelines.
-Follow up on outstanding quotes, handling customer queries, explaining support terms and conditions and selling benefits of support agreements.
-Ensure that support agreements are renewed promptly and are administered according to the company policy and applicable standards like ISO, internal audit and Local Business policy standards.
-Interact directly with Support and Sales in accepting orders and ensure adherence to the company order acceptance policy and standard or specially negotiated terms and conditions.
-Responsible for maintaining completeness and integrity of support agreement data in the applicable admin system.
-Ensure prompt and accurate billings to customer per contract terms.
-Ensure that all transaction documents are qualified and filed to satisfy corporate and legal requirement.
-Understand the established key processes in assigned areas; initiate and lead projects to improve quality and customer satisfaction; document work methods and results to avoid rework.
The profile we are looking for
Qualifications
- Native Swedish
- Very high level of English
- Fluent level of Finnish or Italian
Experience
- Experience of 2 years in administration
- Knowledge of Siebel and Oracle will be highly valued
Skills
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work in a stressful environment.
What’s on offer
21 000€ gross per year
