If you wish to progress your existing career in IT or would like to embark upon a career in computers come to work with us as CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST
YOUR ROLE:
You will be providing service to the client via phone, web and e-mail: receiving requests and finding the solutions to them.
WE NEED:
-To be fluent in French and German
- To have a good level of English
-To be customer oriented
-To be good in communication and be a fast learner
-To be adaptable

YOU WILL LEARN
- How to fix existing problems with your computer
- How to become advanced user and prevent future problems
