German Channel Management Agent (Barcelona)

SELLBYTEL is in charge of level 1 Channel Management Agent of the existing reseller base with a focus on increasing satisfaction, loyalty and upgrades to next reseller level.

Our client is the leading manufacturer and developer of the computer input devices consisting of graphical tabletsbe. The product range is widely used by graphic designers and within the graphical and CAD environment.

Main duties:

Channel Management

- Maintain and create partnership with existing and new channel partners (resellers)

- Expand existing reseller- and client base

- Increase client satisfaction, manage incoming requests and support customer enquiries.

- Achieve defined sales targets

- Develop reseller partners to the next level

Requirements:

- Profound knowledge of Windows OS (Win 95/98/2000/ME/XP)

- Knowledge of Macintosh OS (Mac OS 9.x and 10.x)

- Ideally good knowledge in applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and preferably CAD software

- Profound knowledge of hardware components

- Very good understanding of technical issues

- Experience in hardware support, preferentially by phone or mail

- Preferentially strong technical background or technical formation

- Experience in troubleshooting guidelines

- Teamplayer

- Willingness to learn and apply new technologies

- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired

- Ability to operate in high pressure situations

- Native skills in German (written and oral)

- Good skills in English.

- Very strong ability in communication

- Previous sales experience is a plus

- Proactive sales mind set

We offer:

- 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday 9 to 6pm

- Salary: 1.300 eur gross per month + bonus up to 300eur gross/month

- Seniority bonus (1.200 per year in 2 payments)

- Immediate incorporation / Long term contract (“Obra y Servicio” contract).
