For our international client, leading manufacturers of medicine, electronics, industrial and textile technology, and rated one of the Top 100 Best Companies to work for worldwide, we are currently looking for a
GERMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
to come and consolidate the existing team in the European Customer Service Center based in Sant Joan Despí in Barcelona. Open communication, flexibility and initiative are key competencies.
Your responsibilities will be:

Providing superior customer service to our clients in the medical business
-
Order receiving and processing
-
Handling deliveries
-
Processing invoices
- Proactively resolving problems
- Improving service levels
-
Providing basic product information
-
Supplying marketing materials
- Insuring the maintenance of all ECSC Quality Records in accordance with the Quality Record and Retention Procedures
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
-
English (another European language would be valuable)
-
Has previous experience in a Customer Service/call center/international business setting environment
-
Has strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills
-
Has demonstrated Customer Service orientation and a track record of commitment to quality in a fast-paced and changing environment
-
Must be detailed-oriented but still remain focused on the broader goals and objectives
- Must be computer-literate. Experience with ERP system is preferred.
