For our international client, leading manufacturers of medicine, electronics, industrial and textile technology, and rated one of the top 100 Best Companies to work for worldwide, we are currently recruiting one
GERMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
to come and consolidate the existing team in the Shared Service Center based in Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona. Open communication, flexibility and initiative are key competencies.
Your responsibilities will be:
Providing superior customer service to the clients in the medical business
Order receiving and processing
Handling and processing invoices
Proactively resolving problems
Improving service level agreements (SLAs)
Providing basic product information
Supplying marketing materials
Insuring the maintenance of all ECSC Records in accordance with the Quality Record and Retention Procedures
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is native German with high level if English (another European language would be valuable)
- Has previous experience in a Customer Service/Call Center/International business setting environment
- Has strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills
- Has demonstrated Customer Service orientation and a proven track record of commitment to quality in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Must be detail-oriented while remaining focused on the broader goals and objectives
- Must be computer-literate. Experience with ERP system preferred.
Conditions:
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Permanent contract, Business Hours, Monday to Friday (40h/week)
