For the implementation of a new Sales Team developing his service for a market leader within the Technology sector we are looking for Leads Generation Agents with a Solid Sales Profile.
We are going to develop the UK/Swedish markets.
- Lead Generation for Sales (Prospect qualification, Scheduling meetings, Meeting assignment, meeting tracking, product and solutions presentation)
- Identify leads and conduct lead management
- Successful execution of permanent and segment specific telemarketing campaigns
Tasks:
- Generation of consistent sales opportunities for the field Sales Representatives
- B2B relationship development
- Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
- Build up of relationship with NetApp end customers
- Follow up of sales opportunities until conclusion
- High quality documentation of call history and interviews
- Product specific identification of new topics and approaches for NetApp
Requirements:
- Native speaker of any of the following: UK/Swedish.
- Good knowledge in IT and preferably storage environments
- Very good knowledge of telemarketing / sales
- Outbound experience / sales experience
- Identification of new sales chances
- transparent work habits
- very good self organisation
- punctual, loyal, reliable
- high social competence, team worker
- Authenticity and self-confidence
Conditions:
- Competitive salary: 16.000e gross per year (Fix) + 6.000e gross per year upon target achievement.
- Monday - Friday 9-18/10-19 shifts
- Stable and serious company
