ISS iMedia is a highly successful and fast expanding company with new offices in Barcelona, offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a team that takes the company to the next level of rapid growth.
The company is looking for energetic, and passionate Customer Service Team Leaders and Customer Service Agents to deliver “world class” customer service in our new service centre based in Barcelona.
You will have unique opportunity to be part of our new international customer service centre in our office in Barcelona, Spain.
You will have a passion to deliver “world class service”, proactively meeting the needs of our customers through excellent, communication, team work, problem solving and relationship building skills. You will be dedicated to increasing client satisfaction, and will own, track and proactively try to prevent customer issues.
Customer Service department is a 24/7 operating unit. This job implies work in shifts which is a perfect opportunity to combine work with studies or parenting responsibilities.
Positions Available
Customer Service Agents part time WEEKENDS shift rotation mornings, evenings and nights (16 h or 24 h per week)
Team Leader part time and full time WEEKENDS full time or part time.

Skills
Language Skills - Fluent written English (preferably native speaker) 2nd language will be advantage, especial Russian, Spanish or German
Customer orientation - Identify and being responsive to the needs and wishes of the clients. Anticipating clients’ needs and putting clients’ satisfaction high on the list of priorities.
Stress Tolerance - Ability to multitask and work under time pressure
Energy - Hard worked and possesses staying power.
IT Skills - Computer literate and interest in the internet sector
Work Experience - Experience within customer services within a dating, gaming, adult, social networking or similar online space will be advantage
Team Leaders at least 3 years experience in an online customer service environment including at least 1 year in team leader role managing between 3-6 people, Experience in creating reporting system and setting up KPIs and performance objectives.
