Our client is a multinational company focusing on high-growth markets in communications, electronics and life sciences. Recognized as an industry leader, it is first worldwide in the test and measurement market.

The company operates in two primary businesses: electronic and bio-analytical measurement.

The worldwide customer master database was installed in Barcelona in 2001 and counts 480 employees. It is responsible for generating quotes for customer inquiries, order processing and order management.

Job role

As a Collector Agent you will have the following responsibilities:

* To maintain high levels of communication with customers in Belgium and The Netherlands, resolving any problems they may have and maintaining customer high levels of customer relations.

* Directly with Support and Sales in accepting orders and ensure adherence to the Company’s order acceptance policy and standard or specially negotiated terms and conditions.

* Understand the established key processes in assigned areas; initiate and lead projects to improve quality and customer satisfaction; document work methods and results to avoid rework.

* Analyze and respond to customer's request for quotation in a timely and accurate fashion

The profile we are looking for

•Qualifications

- Bilingual level of Dutch/Flemish and French

- Excellent English

•Experience

- Experience of 2 years in collections administration

- Knowledge of Siebel and Oracle will be highly valued - Knowledge of international trade and/or working experience in a shipping/distribution role would be desirable

•Skills

- Capability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities

- Ability to work in a stressful environment.
