German/Danish/Dutch/French HELPDESK SPECIALISTS (Barcelona)

SELLBYTEL GROUP, MULTINATIONAL COMPANY SPECIALISED IN TELEPHONE HELPDESK SERVICES FOR A LEADING WORLDWIDE GROUP NEEDS TO INCORPORATE

EUROPEAN IT HELPDESK AGENT

whose main task is to support our client’s employees in level 1 IT issues,

 such as office applications and network troubleshooting.

We are currently looking for German/Danish/Dutch/French Helpdesk Specialists to give technical support to one of our internatinal clients.

YOUR TASKS
•Maintain client relationships through technical support over the phone
•Respond to incoming calls and email
•Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

High level of English

Good listening and communication skills

Experience in IT Helpdesk would be an advantage
