SELLBYTEL will be in charge of level 1 technical support and presales for a leading Computers Company, as well as the channel management of the existing reseller base with a focus on increasing satisfaction, loyalty and upgrades to next reseller level.
Our client is a leading manufacturer and developer of the computer input devices consisting of graphical tablets. The product range is widely used by graphic designers and within the graphical and CAD environment.

Main duties:
Support
* 1st level technical support for graphical tablets and pen input devices
* Troubleshooting and warranty validation
* Documentation of enquiries, including customer contact data and technical solutions
* Processing support enquiries via telephony and mail

Channel Management
* Maintain and create partnership with existing and new channel partners (resellers)
* Expand existing reseller- and client base
* Increase client satisfaction, manage incoming requests and support customer enquiries.
* Achieve defined sales targets
* Develop reseller partners to the next level

Requirements:
* Profound knowledge of Windows OS (Win 95/98/2000/ME/XP)
* Knowledge of Macintosh OS (Mac OS 9.x and 10.x)
* Ideally good knowledge in applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and preferably CAD software
* Profound knowledge of hardware components
* Very good understanding of technical issues
* Experience in hardware support, preferentially by phone or mail
* Preferentially strong technical background or technical formation
* Experience in troubleshooting guidelines
* Teamplayer
* Willingness to learn and apply new technologies
* Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired
* Ability to operate in high pressure situations
* Native skills in one or several required European language (German/Dutch/English/Spanish/French/Italian -oral preferentially also written-)
* Strong comprehension skills in English, preferentially very good oral and written skills
* Good skills in at least one other European language (written and oral)
* Very strong ability in communication
* Previous sales experience is a plus
* Proactive sales mind set

* Ideally good knowledge in applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and preferably CAD software
* Preferentially strong technical background or technical formation

Location: Sants Station

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 to 6h.

Salary: 15.000/17.000€
