Interns at Casamona with focus on sales (Barcelona)

Casamona.com is looking for interns who are connected to a university
and will be here from 3 to 6 months. We would like someone with lots of
energy, professional attitude and LOVE to have fun at the same time!
Our office is located in the center of Barcelona in a very bohemian
old-style flat. You will work in sales and marketing from "our
administration office".

Casamona.com is a small real estate company (10-12 employees) here in Spain
focusing on selling unique flats to foreign people in Barcelona through the
internet. Our team consists of a Danish owner, a Business Manager,
Interns, Flat finders and Salespeople.

Job description:

Aspects of a small, innovative, young and developing company within
the real estate business will include (but is not limited to);
- Contact with clients (buyers as well as sellers).
- Contact with business partners
- Administrative (office) as well as more practical (visits with
customers) tasks.
- Computer related tasks, eg. Microsoft Office, maintenance of
website, correspondence, puts advertisements on internet
- Participation in meetings
- Working with sales, marketing, website.

Requirements:

- Be VERY flexible; as our days are changing everyday
- You will have to write Spanish pretty well. We do NOT take any
intern who doesn¹t speak Spanish at least well enough to write our
flat-descriptions and talk on the phone. You MUST be connected to a
business school, we can NOT take people who are NOT in school.
