Permite multiplicar las ventas y los beneficios, además es posible recibir una comisión, de forma mensual, crecedera y para toda la vida. Sin ningún gasto.

El producto consiste en un fondo de inversión muy seguro (nunca garantizado) que combinado con una hipoteca permite reducir y en algunos casos compensar totalmente las cuotas mensuales a pagar.

Este producto está actualmente funcionando desde hace más de un año y medio, sin queja y con total satisfacción de los participantes.

Ejemplo de operación:

El cliente plantea o posee una hipoteca de 200.000 euros a 30 años, la cuota mensual es de 1.062 euros.

Con una pequeña ampliación de hipoteca logramos una liquidez (por ejemplo) de 6.000 euros, que suben la cuota mensual de la hipoteca en 31.84 euros (todo lo controla el propio interesado) y una vez activos producen un beneficio de aprox. 800 euros al mes.

La cuota final queda: 1.062 € + 31.84 € - 800 € = 293,84 €

A los interesados les corresponde evaluar si les vale la pena considerar la operación y el riesgo. Mientras más se invierta más se reduce la cuota, pudiéndose llegar a eliminarla o incluso a producir un saldo mensual positivo.
