Alerta con comprar, alquilar o cualquier tipo de trato con FINCAS PEREZ, agencia inmobiliaria situada en el carrer Ferrán. No son una agencia seria, no se ocupan bien de los trámites y cuando toca pagar (recibir fianzas, pagar lo k les corresponde) siempre te encuentras con impedimentos, malos tratos y menos dinero del que deberías recibir.


Mi recomendación: NO HACER TRATOS CON FINCAS PEREZ.
