Hola! bucamos a UNA PERSONA para compartir el piso!

Alquilamos 1 habitación con los gastos incluídos, la más guay del piso, nosotros somos 3 jóvenes extranjeros que trabajan y estudian en Barcelona

        - LA HABITACIÓN: tiene cama doble, es EXTERIOR con balcón, por lo que le da el sol todo el día (nos da mucha envidia), además tiene dos mesitas de noche, un sofa con su mesa central, armario y escritorio

       - EL PISO: es antiguo pero acogedor, sin ascensor (estamos en un tercero), baño y cocina reformados, muy tranquilo e iluminado.

QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

      - Persona joven preferiblemente trabajadora y muy responsable

      - Que sepa mantener el piso limpio y ordenado

Imprescindible: 2 meses de depósito. Estadía mínima: 6 meses :)

Large flat, old, without elevator but new kitchen-dining room and bathroom, very quite, and sunny.
TV and washing machine. Better working ang young people. Compulsory 2 moths of diposit. Minimum stay: 6 months.
