Hello,

 The room is the medium room in a flat of three bedrooms. It has a window and is light, but not noisy. It is furnished with a single bed, writing desk, Double wardrobe, shelves and drawers.  

We are near Hospital Clinic and Entença metros stations on the blue line. Also Sants Station (national rail and green/Red line metro) and Urgel (red Line Metro) are 10 mins walk from the flat.

It is on the penultimate floor of a 1920's building with a balcony that has views of the street. The building has a lift and large roof terrace for enjoying the sun or hanging washing.

Inside we have Internet WIFI, fully equipped Kitchen, bathroom and lounge with cable TV.

Supermarkets, bars and clubs are all within a one block radius. Also it is a 15 minute walk to plaza Catalunya and the shopping zones, a Short metro ride to the beach, and near many of Barcelona’s Universities and the business district in Av. Diagonal.

I am looking for a flatmate who enjoys the Nightlife in Barcelona, has a good sense of humour and is fairly responsible.   

The price is 350 Euros plus one month returnable deposit. All bills are included in the price.
