Hola

Tengo una habitación, entre Numancia y Berlín a 2 calles de Sants Estacio.

El piso tiene 3 habitaciones, 2 lavabos,  teléfono, satélite, lavadora,

cocina, ascensor, calefacción, Internet, cable Router wifi B-G. etc.

Las habitaciones: Los muebles son nuevos, mesa de noche, escritorio, sillas,

un armario y cómoda en cada habitación. La habitación pequeña tiene 8mts aprox,

y la otra 12. (se puede cambiar la cama)

Nos gustaría compartir el piso con algunas chicas o pareja que sean

ordenadas y amigables (Limpieza y no drogas) Porque lo especifico?

Porque todos dicen ser limpios pero ...

Hello,

The flat is over 90 mts2, are three rooms, two 2 toilets and all the others

Things like Sat Tv, Cable and wifi Internet, phone, washing machine, microwave,

elevator, heating, etc. The flat is close to the Numancia - Berlin corner, 2 blocks

from Sants Estacio.

The smaller room is aprox 8 mtrs2 and the other 12mts2. will be nice to have

as flat mate people friendly, tidy and funny.. It have new furniture: chairs, wardrobe,

desk, small table, we appreciate respect and order. I wish to you feel like in home,

sure we like to party but much better to go out ;)
