our apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms are free: a big room with a doublebed (perfect for couples) and a smaller one which is just for one person.
The rooms are well equipped with computer desk, wardrobe, TV, bedside table and Ventilator. One room is big and has a doublebed. The other room is smaller and has median bed, cupboard, TV, DVD, computer table, interior window, telephone, Internet.
The floor is equipped with everything needed to live quiet and studying.
You can use the living-room, where we have a big dining table. to make your tasks and to come, as you watch TV or listening to the radio.
The floor is very well located, close to supermarkets, shops, banks, subway, cinemas, bakeries, bars, etc.. and the night bus stop in front of the entrance.
the total price, including the costs of: water, electricity, gas, Internet, building maintenance (see rates below)
We are two young, educated, clean, and no-smokers.
