Hola!/ Hello!

A partir de finales de Noviembre alquilo una habitación doble en un piso precioso a compartir solo conmigo / At the end of Novembre I will have a double room for rent in a beautiful flat to be shared just with me. 

Piso muy céntrico ( C/Sardenya cerca Arc de Triomph), con mucha luz y renovado hace 2 años en finca con portera.  Tiene 3 dormitorios dobles, aunque 1 se usa como biblioteca/habitación de invitados, salón comedor, cocina, 1 baño completo y 1 toilet. Tiene wifi y chica de la limpieza 1 vez por semana / Flat located in the center ( C/Sardenya close to Arc de Triomph), very sunny and renovated 2 years ago in a building with superintendent. The flat has 3 bedrooms ( but 1 is used as guestroom/library), living room, kitchen, and 1 1/2 bathrooms. It has wifi and a cleaner that comes once a week.  

Está muy bien comunicado a 2 manzanas de Arc de Triomph ( metro L1 y tren), muy cerca de la estación del norte, bus y bicing / It´s very well communicated, 2 blocks from Arc de Triomph ( Metro L1 and train), very close to Estación del Norte, bus and bicing stations.

Busco chica entre 25 y 35 años que esté trabajando o estudiando master/MIR, que sea tranquila y responsabe a ser posible no fumadora / I´m looking for a non-smoking girl that´s working or studying Master/MIR, that´s calm and responsible.
