Está bien comunicado con el metro Clot L1/L2 y Glories L1, la estación de TramVia Can Jaumandreu en la frente, autobuses, bicing. Quedamos a 5 minutos del centro comercial Glóries(Carrefour) y 20 min caminando hasta la playa por la Rambla del Poble Nou. 

Buscamos gente limpia, ordenada y tranquila. NO fumadores.

The flat is very new and has a big balcony. It´s on the 6^th floor, with  lift. There's central heating. New furniture. All bills included (water, gas, eletricity, internet and telephone with national landline calls). It´s very close to Clot L1/L2 y Glories L1, the tram station Can Jaumandreu, buses, bicing and only 5 min from Glories commercial centre and 20min walking to the beach along the Rambla del Poble Nou.

We´re looking for clean, organized and easy going people. NO smokers.
