We’re renting 1 single room (420€). The room has window with view to the mountains and the Sagrada Familia. There's a bed, a wardrobe and a computer desk in the room. The flat is very new and has a big balcony. There's central heating. New furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and 2 fridges. All bills are included (water, gas, eletricity, internet and telephone with national landline calls). It´s very close to Clot L1/L2 station and Glories L1, to the tram station Can Jaumandreu, bicing and buses. It´s 20 min walk to the beach.

We’re looking for clean, organized and easy going people. NO smokers.
