APARTAMENTO INCREÍBLE Y ESPACIOSO DE 100m2 para compartir con un inglés y una argentina (amigos, no pareja) y una perrita simpática. Hablamos inglés y castellano.  Piso típico del Eixample, techos altos con molduras, con salón/comedor muy grande y soleado, hay 2 baños + WC entre 3 personas. 

UBICACIÓN SUPER CENTRICA (Mallorca con Aribau, a 3 calles de Rambla de Catalunya.

METROS MÁS CERCANOS: Universitat, Paseo de Gràcia, Diagonal y Hospital Clinic + ferrocarriles Provença)

Se puede llegar a Plaza Catalunya en 15 minutos andando o 5 minutos en bici (hay una parada de bicing a 1 manzana del piso).

 El alquiler es 390€ (internet y teléfono fijo con llamadas nacionales incluidos) otros gastos de luz/agua/gas aparte (+/- 35 euros por mes). Hay que pagar un mes de fianza.

Medium sized furnished room in fantastic spacious flat (typical of the Eixample with high ceilings and lots of light).  Flat to share with an english guy and an argentinian girl (we're friends not a couple) and a lovely dog. We speak English & Spanish. The flat is spacious (100m2) with 2 bathrooms and a WC between 3 people.

Great location in the centre of the Eixample (Mallorca / Aribau) 3 streets from Rambla de Catalunya, closest metros Universitat, Paseo de Gràcia, Diagonal, Hospital Clinic y ferrocarriles Proveça. You can get to Plaza Catalunya in 15 minutes walking, 5 minutes by bike.

The room is for one person NOT FOR A COUPLE (sorry!) no ERASMUS!

The room is 390€ (internet and landline with national calls included) other bills (electricity / water / gas) paid separately (approx. 35€ per month) + 1 month security deposit.  Available December 1st.
