The house lies with the Paseo Maragall in the district Horta, has very good traffic accessibilities. The metro station Horta is removed only 5 minutes from the house. As well is straight before the entry door a bus stop. With metro or bus these are only approximately 20 minutes up to city centre. And the district Horta is fitted out as well very well with business(shops), banks, supermarkets, cinemas etc. A very good position and in a quiet and safe region.

The rooms are fitted out all appropriately, with bed, a wardrobe, bedside table, computer table, TV. The living room is the heart of the apartment. Here is near a dining table also a bigger television viewer, as well fitted out with DVD, music arrangement and Playstation. And naturally also couch and sofa. And there is a window terrace with a lot of light. Besides, you can still announce yourself in the Internet about WIFI. As said, simply, however, very cosily.

What would be a house without kitchen? Here we have a completely fitted out kitchen, certainly, ultramodern, however, with all fitted out what is not demanded. Microwave as well exists as a toaster, stove cooker and naturally pots, pans(sockets) and tableware. Everything existing. As well a washer. As said, the house has everything for a quiet restful stay. For student it would be ideal there the house is very quiet and one can study here in peace.
