Hi! I'm a 26 y.o. gay boy from Barcelona. I'd like to share the flat where I'm living with a gay or gay-friendly non-smoker guy, preferably English or French speaker, but this is not strictly necessary. I'm looking for a calm and open-minded person, student or worker, to live in a peaceful atmosphere (although sometimes parties are not bad!)

The flat has two bedrooms, it's very light and also has a cosy parquet living room with a balcony, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The rent includes Internet/WiFi connection, electricity, gas and water supplies. A 200€ deposit will be included with the first rent payment.

The flat is situated in a third floor in an old but impeccable building located in the genuine quarter of Sants. It's 2 minutes away from underground station L1 Mercat Nou and L1-L5 Plaça de Sants, 10 minutes from RENFE train station (Estació de Sants) and 1 minute from bus stops 56, 57, 157 and night buses N2 and N14. There's a market next to the flat and you can also find some supermarkets and many shops nearby.

The room is available from 16th November.

Hola! Sóc un noi gay de 26 anys de Barcelona. M’agradaria compartir el pis on visc amb un noi gay o gay-friendly no fumador, preferiblement que parli anglès o francès, però això no és estrictament necessari. Estic buscant una persona amb bon rollo, tranquil•la i oberta, estudiant o treballador, per viure en bon ambient (tot i que de tant en tant alguna festa no està malament!)

El pis té dues habitacions, és molt lluminós i també té una sala d’estar acollidora, amb parquet i amb un balconet, una cuina ben equipada i un bany espaiós. El lloguer inclou la connexió a Internet/WiFi i les factures de l’aigua, l'electricitat i el gas. Un dipòsit de 200€ s'inclourà al primer pagament del lloguer.

El pis es troba en un segon pis (tercer real) d’un emblemàtic edifici del barri de Sants. Està a 2 minuts de les estacions de metro L1 Mercat Nou i L1-L5 Plaça de Sants, a 10 minuts de l’estació de tren RENFE (Estació de Sants) i a 1 minut de les parades dels busos 56, 57 i 157 i busos nit N2 i N14. Hi ha un mercat al costat del pis (Mercat de Sants) i també pots trobar supermercats i moltes botigues a l’àrea.

L’habitació estarà lliure a partir del 16 de novembre.
