350 € - Room ready to move in/Chambre prete pour emmenager (Rocafort)

Hello !

I am leaving my room because I will move in my own flat so the room is ready to move in (even tonight if you want !).

The room is furnished with a single-bed, desk, chair, TV and a huge wardrobe. The flat is nice and very quiet (that is rare in Barca !) with a huge and sunny living-room, it has TV, internet, brand new washing machine and a balcony.

The flat is to share with two nice French and Italian students  (so english, french, italian and spanish spoken) and it is very well situated : 5 mns from the Rocafort subway station (L1), 10 mns to Plaça España (L1 and L3) with all shops at immediate proximity.

The price is 350€/months bills included + 1 months of deposit and of course you only pay for what remains of this month.

 Je laisse ma chambre pour emmenager dams mon propre apart donc la chambre est libre pour emmenager (meme soir si vous voulez).

La chambre est meublee avec un lit simple, un bureau, une chaise une tele et une tres grande armoire. L apart est sympa et tres calme avec un tres grand salon ensoleille avec tele, internet, machine a laver neuve et un balcon.

L apart est en coloc avec 2 etudiants sympas 1 francaise and 1 italien (donc ca parle anglais, francais, italien et espagnol) et il est tres bien situe : 5 mns de la station de metro Rocafort (L1) et 10 mns de Plaça España (L1 et L3) avec tous les magasins a proximite.

Le loyer est de 350€/mois avec charges comprises + 1 mois de caution, et bien sur vous ne payez que la fin de ce mois-ci.
