Hola a todos!!!!, estamos buscando compañera/o, para compartir piso y alquilar una linda habitación doble con cama individual y amueblada con ventana.  La habitacion es grande y se puede poner una mesa para estudiar. El piso es de un excelente ambiente basado en la amistad, el compañerismo y la convivencia, fisicamente es muy grande, limpio, luminoso y tranquilo. Se hubica sobre calle Marina a 50 metros del templo de la Sagrada Familia, con comercios de todo tipo con solo unos pasos, tambien esta muy bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad ya que tiene metros L2 y L5 en la esquina, Bus y Nit Bus en la acera de enfrente y parada de  Bicing a 150 metros.

 

El Piso esta totalmente amueblado, tiene aire acondicionado, lavadora, nevera, microondas, dos cocinas, telefono e internet con conexión WIFI, televisor con TDT y reproductor de DVD, tambien cuenta con dos baños y con una gran terraza de 20 m2 soleada todo el dia con vistas de la Sagrada Familia .
 

El precio de la habitación es de 360 euros, más un mes de fianza. Los gastos de servicios (luz, gas, agua), se pagan aparte o se pacta un gasto fijo.

Hello!we are looking for a responsible flatmate to rent a room to, it's a master bedroom with a single bed, fully furnished. The room is big enough to have a study. The flat is big and is situated on Calle Marina, 50 metres away from the Sagrada Familia. It is well connected and commuted with supermarkets and transport services such as L2 and L5 of the metro 50 metres away, night buses infront of the flat, and a 3 Bicing stops in the radius of a 150 metres.

The flat is very clean and fully equipped with an air conditioner, washing machine, microwave, fridge, 2 cookers, telephone and  WIFI, T.V. with TDT, and also two bathrooms. Also, there is a lovely terrace of 20 m2 with sun all day! .

The rent is of 360 Euros excluding bills + 1 month deposit.

We are nice and friendly people who like to share a little more than the 4 walls.
