Hi,

Our names is_ Frederick and Juan Carlos, we are workers we  speak  Spanish ,English., French and Deuscht

we are rent a  big room  .  It's located in Passeig Maragall, with elevator.

the metro more close is Blue Line Horta,  20 min from the centre of Barcelona by tube.

The neighbourhood is quiet and you have all the services you can need.

The flat is in a corner, (bedrooms, living room, even the kitchen!!). It's 65m2 . The flat is with furniture, with fridge, washing machine, oven microwave and heaters. There's internet wifi in the area, so you can connect to internet from home.

The room is exterior, more or less 15m2 with a double bed, and there's two big wardrobes. With some creativity and a quick visit to Ikea the room will be great!!

RENT (For one person) 400€ per month +20€ bills (TOTAL 420€ per month.

I’m looking for young and nice people, responsible, easygoing and independent… There are no funny rules in the flat, becaurse I prefer you feel comfortable in your house:  … as long as is with repect, we are very nices boys!!
