The Accountant will support the accounting team. The purpose of this position is to maintain a proper filing of accounting documents and keep the daily entries up to date.
ACTIVITIES:
* Record Petty Cash transactions and reconcile cash balance to the General Ledger on a weekly basis.
* Recording and analysis of expense invoices. Review invoices to ensure they are correct and record them into Navision on a weekly basis.
* Enter bank transactions into Navision. This task includes recording of Direct Debits, Credit Card Payments, Personal Expenses and invoices on a monthly basis.
* Bookkeeping tasks. Filing of the invoices, bank documents, etc...
* Help with other types of journal entries or requests as needed.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Proficiency in Spanish and English (both speaking and writing)
