Empresa del Sector Banca requiere “AUXILIAR DE SOPORTE TECNICO), para realizar tareas, atención telefónica en resolución de incidencias de hardware, software, comunicaciones, ofimática, Internet, registros de llamadas manualmente en la aplicación Siebel

REQUISITOS:

• Conocimientos Técnicos: MS-DOS- Windows 2000, XP, paquet Software: MSOFFICE, LOTUS NOTES, INTERNET (Navegación Web y FTP, Mail, Entorn Explorer.

• Otros Conocimientos: Atención telefónica, conocimientos de entornos financieros y productos bancarios

• Estudios: Ciclo Formativo de grado superior en telecomunicaciones, Informática, Electrónica y similares.

• Idiomas: Castellano/Catalán, hablados y escritos correctamente

SE OFRECE:

• Contratación por 3 meses, salario 13.250 Euros Bruto/ año 39 horas

• Horario de L a V de 8:00 a 15:00 más rotación los fines de semana

No se requieren estudios ni experiencia concretos.
