We are the world leaders in Customer Service Optimization (CSO™) helping clients such as IKEA, EON, Telenor, Tele2, The Swedish Tax Office, The Slovenian Tax Office, etc. in 24 countries and 18 languages. We have offices in Barcelona, Stockholm, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Madrid, Copenhagen and Paris and are about 100 employees. The office in Barcelona is situated close to Plaza Tetuan on calle Caspe.
We are now hiring an Account Manager/Administrator NTRsupport to be based in the heart of Barcelona.
In your work you should be able to identify and find opportunities for new businesses, easily understand how a company can benefit from our products and successfully turn our customers’ needs into wants. Part from on-line demonstrations you also have to keep track on you pipe-line, offer your prospects test accounts and consult them through out the sales cycle. The job is surrounded with teamwork, high tempo and fun competitions.
In your daily work you will communicate on a CEO/IT-manager level which put a high demand on your ability to speak a language combining business and IT but equally important to “connect” with people over the phone.
