About our client
Our client is a outsource centre which provides customer service, back office, technical support and sales solutions to multinational companies.
The company offers an international environment with possibilities of growth.
Job role
Our Service will be responsible for providing solution to queries, questions, explaining features and advantages of a variety of our client’s exclusive leading products, answering to incoming sales calls by:
- Logging of correct and Valid Orders or requests
- Accurately logging all follow up sales opportunities
- Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
- Manage logistic requests from the clients (e.g. Delivery)
- Liaise with different departments in order to follow up client’s request and deliver answers
- Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Warranties, Refunds…)
Requirements:
- Native German speaker
- High level of English
- IT knowledge
- Good listening and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer care is an advantage.

- 15.234 € gross per year
- Bonus of 140€ monthly bonus depending on results achievement after probation period
