We are a Brand Design Consultancy based in central Barcelona,
looking for an Office Administrator to join our small team from August.
Role:
Telephone & reception
Office administration (expenses, supplies/orders, stationery, filing)
Meetings coordination
Updating databases (Travel, Invoices, Address book)
Arranging House maintenance (technicians, repairs)
Petty cash
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
Requirements:
Excellent level of spoken and written English & advanced Spanish
Computer literate (Word, Excel, powerpoint)
Ability to multi-task and organised
Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive approach
