For one of our clients we are looking for a trilingual account manager.

ONLY WEEKENDS (Friday / Saturday / Sunday)

The Job

International transactions with clients and suppliers from a total of 65 countries
As an Account Manager you will be working for the Operation Department. You will be in charge of the whole management process for the reservation, with both clients and providers (responding best to customers’ needs, taking care of the confirmation of the reservation, ensuring the best service, etc.).
You will have to show excellent communication skills when dealing everyday through mails and phone with international contacts.

Requirements

University studies
Fluent in a European language + English + Spanish
Previous experience dealing with operational tasks and challenging situations
Good knowledge of Office
Dynamism, autonomy, good presentation, and motivation.

Working Hours

You will work :
5 hours on Fridays (morning or afternoon as it is more convenient for you)
Saturdays and Sundays from 08.30 to 20.30

Working scheme
One week-end working/one week end off (from the summer on)
From Tuesday to Friday when you have the week-end off (just during the summer)

Salary

7500€ gross + 2500€ bonus (just for the week-ends working)
Weeks worked are paid on a 19.000€ gross base (40h a week)
