The Job

Your main responsibilities as a Technical Support Agent is to deliver direct technical assistance to

             customers during pre-sales and post-sales.

You will be in charge of managing all first line support activities world-wide to provide high quality customer satisfaction.

You will also manage customer feedback in order to improve both our products and our helpdesk processes.

Provide support to product implementations in client premises

Requirements

·         Strong Linux knowledge

·         Strong Network knowledge (TCP/IP, router configurations, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc.)

·         Knowledge of HTML, PHP and JavaScript programming

·         Fluent level of English and Spanish

·         Other European languages is highly appreciated

·         High Capacity in problems resolution

·         Electronics knowledge is an advantage

·         Excel and Access

·         Experience supporting embedded systems

·         Driver license would be an advantage

Monday to Friday
