We are currently looking for:

Jr. German Knowledge Engineer!

As a Knowledge Engineer you will work with a combination of linguistic and technical tools for creating, testing and improving the knowledge base of our products through tools that use natural language processing. Successful candidate will work in our Barcelona office and attend our internal training for learning the tools we use for coding (building) the knowledge based on our products.

This position entails:

· Working with the grammar of native language (syntax and semantic aspects) to structure and code the knowledge base of our VDAs (Virtual Dialogue Agents)

· Optimizing and improving the dialogue flow of the VDAs

· Carrying out Quality Assurance actions

· Collaborating in internal projects to improve the working methodologies and processes

· Reporting weekly/monthly to Project Manager and Team Leader

· Take part in presales actions

· Have some client contact via Skype, Telephone, email, chat or in person

Experience:

· Not Required

Academic Background:

· Degree in Dialog System, science, linguistics, linguistics engineering, translation, IT, Business and communication

Minimum Requirements:

· Native German speaker

· Good command of English

· Creative language/writing and logical skills

· Some IT/ Dev experience and interest

· Residence in Spain

Suitable requirements:

· Command of other European languages is highly appreciated

· Genuine interest in how people communicate with each other and how they behave on the Web
