Free English Lessons In Exchange For Cheaper Rent Or Rent Free Room

I’ve recently moved to Barcelona on a year out. I have several years of professional working background in London.

I am looking to give Free Private English Lessons in exchange for cheaper rent or rent free accommodation (depending on the room and the number of hours required, but this is open to discussion and negotiation)

I would like to find a nice room preferably located near the centre but this is not essential.
