As a Technical Support Associate, you will provide technical support to our client’s customers for configurations on the usage of electronic devices.

You’re the ideal candidate if you…
•Are capable of supporting and adapting to a dynamic work environment, with frequent new product releases and updates
•Have technical aptitude with an ability to explain technical concepts to a varied audience.
•Have strong problem solving skills to diagnose and logically resolve customer problems using specific tools, knowledge sources, experience and good judgment
•Have strong understanding of computers using Windows based operating systems, drivers, USB communication and software applications
•Are proficient at basic troubleshooting of multiple computer operating systems
•Have proven capability in supporting various hardware environments, standard applications and internet navigation
•Have certifications (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT), Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) or equivalent work experience preferred

TIME OF WORK: M-S 39 hs

TO START IN NOVEMBER/DECEMBER

CONTRACT: OBRA Y SERVICIO (5 YEARS OF WORK AS MINUM GARANTEED)

SALARY: 19.000 EUROS/ GROSS PER YEAR!!
