German Native speaker for Customer Service in language course agency (Barcelona - Centre)

We are looking for a native German speaker (with excellent English) for our growing customer support team.

You will be responding to incoming client enquiries, mainly by e-mail and via the phone. You will give guidance to clients in both languages, handle enrollments, improve the Spanish and English website content and support the implementation of marketing activities. (We do NOT engage in outbound marketing, cold calls etc. and are not a call centre).

• Permanent contract (contrato indefinido) 
• Holidays: 23 working days/year

• Standard (39h/week) with gross salary of 14.600 EUR/ year plus incentives

• Office hours: Monday-Thursday 9.30-13.30 & 14.45-18-45
  Friday: 9.00-13.00 & 13.30-16.30

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Native German and excellent English.

• An additional third language will be of advantage

• Age between 24-37 years

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Former relevant work experience of 2 years

• Strong service and customer orientation

• Fast learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated with initiative

• Interest in languages and international environment

• Available to start as soon as possible!!!
