* Reporting to the Customer Services Area or Administrative Area Responsible, the main tasks will be focused on attending clients from the Scandinavian countries:
- Solving Customer's doubts and problems
- Account transfers and other banking operations
- Giving clients information about usual problems
- Offering different products and services

* Assure the correct image and proficency of the company

* Managing administrative cicuirts in the job area. Teamwork spirit.

Desired Profile:

- Graduated people are preferable and must be Customer Services' high skilled

- The applicant should have IT knowledge

- Previous experience in a Customer Services or Administrative Department will be appreciated (though it is not essential)

- Native language and English language.
