For one of our clients we are looking for Sales Account Manager.

Your tasks



In this position you will cultivate and grow assigned installed base of reseller accounts. You will be assigned a portfolio of active resellers. Must be able to lead and help building the channel relationship and be in charge reseller satisfaction, churn, and renewal, up-selling and cross-selling. Create a reseller retention plan and related relational marketing activities to increase reseller networking and loyalty. Manage customer relationships of up to 300 accounts.


 


As a Sales Representative your tasks will be:


 


-Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.


-Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals   are technically and commercially sound.


-Focus on driving profitability through proactive management.


-Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plan.


-Assessing opportunities for upgrades and additional managed services


-Reviewing level of client satisfaction, and escalating issues when necessary.


-Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution.


-Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or resellers calls regarding service issues, customer inquiries and request for additional services.




 



The ideal candidate will have:


- Danish native.


- Strong communication skills.


- Solid Sales Background.


- Achievement and goal oriented.


- Good computer skills.


- Previous experience in Sales B2B.


- Previous experience working with channel is a plus.


- Motivated and self starter


 


Benefits


    


16.000€ gross per year


+ 6.000€ gross per year (with 100% of target achievement)


+ over achievement bonus (if applicable)
