Our Company SELLBYTEL Group is actually looking for 1 Dutch Sales Agent for our new project within Informatics sector.
Profile:
Integrated in the sales team should be a young, dynamic and motivated self-starter with strong communications and teamwork skills. Execute and achieve sales quota and targets. Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound.
Cultivate and grow assigned installed base of reseller accounts. Must be able to lead and help building The Channel Relationship Team in charge reseller satisfaction, churn, and renewal, up-selling and cross-selling. Create a reseller retention plan and related relational marketing activities to increase reseller networking and loyalty. Manage customer relationships of up to 500 accounts.
Focus on driving profitability through proactive management: track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to plan. Assessing opportunities for upgrades and additional managed services, reviewing level of client satisfaction, and escalating issues when necessary.
Communicates client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution.
Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or resellers calls regarding service issues, customer inquiries and request for additional services.
Salary: 20.800€ + 6.600€ (upon target achievement) gross per year
Requirements:
- Dutch and English High level
- Strong communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience in Sales is required
- Previous experience working with channel is a plus.
