Our Company SELLBYTEL Group is implementing a new Sales Project with the Global Partner in Marketing: MINTEL, and is actually looking for Sales Representatives.

 

Mintel's clients gain global insight into consumer behaviour, product innovation and competitive marketing strategies. Their high quality data, meaningful analysis and actionable recommendations always positively impact clients' business.

 

In this position the Sales Representatives will be assigned a selected portfolio of clients within the Financial, Banking and Government sectors. These are current clients with solutions adapted to their needs. The sales representative should be a young, dynamic and motivated self-starter with strong communications and teamwork skills. Execute and achieve sales quota and targets. Prepare commercial service proposals and ensure such proposals are commercially sound. This agent will also interact with other operational components of MINTEL organization. The team is responsible of client’s satisfaction, churn, and renewal, up-selling and cross-selling.

  

Do your skills and experience qualify for this role?

The requirements are:

·         Native speaker of one of the target countries’ language

(German, French, Russian, Dutch and/or Italian)

·         Combination of two native/high level languages high valorated

·         High level of English

·         Previous Sales experience

·         Good computer skills

 

Personal Characteristics

·         Very good communication skills

·         Comfortable speaking with business users at all levels

·         Strong individual contributor as well as a team player

·         Goal oriented and target success driven

·         Positive attitude and flexibility in prioritizing workload

 

We offer:

·         Salary: 16.000€ gross per year + variable up to 6.000€ gross per year, upon target achievement (after the first three months)

·         Location: Sants Station

·         Contract: Long Term Contract (Obra y Servicio)

·         Free languages courses in Spanish / Catalan
