Mark’ennovy,a leading European specialty contact lens manufacturer, is looking to expand its presence and sales volume in Sweden and the Nordic Region.
One of the company’s key active clients in the region is the optical Chain Synoptik, and recently an agreement was also reached to launch our products within Specsavers and Profil Optik, who are two other major optical chains in the region.
We now need a 2 people, on a part time basis, to call all active and potential clients by phone to introduce our products and increase sales in the area.
One person needs to be fluent in Danish and the other in Swedish.
You will be calling optical shops and introducing our company and product portfolio, and doing the necessary follow up to get clients to order our products regularly.
You will be trained adequately in order to have the necessary technical and sales arguments to be able to transmit to clients.
JOB LOCATION:
Majadahonda (Madrid) , Spain.Although possibilities may also be discussed if you are not in Madrid.
Primary Objective
To our products over the telephone and grow sales in the Territory of Sweden and Denmark although this can also be expanded to Norway in the future.
Key Tasks
Deliver prepared sales talks, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase mark’ennovy contact lenses.
Contact Opticians, and Contact Lens Fitters by telephone in order to solicit sales for the companies products services.
Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers
Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter details in the computer system currently in use.
Record names, addresses, purchases of promotions, and reactions of prospects contacted.
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements, letters, faxes and emails.
Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
